Our story
Rosa came with two suitcases and a recipe book
In 1987, Rosa Benedetti arrived from Palermo and talked her way into a tiny Arthur Avenue storefront. She baked from memory — no scales, no timers — and the neighborhood lined up anyway.
Today her grandchildren run the ovens, the recipe book is written down (mostly), and the line is still there on Saturday mornings. Some things we refuse to modernize. The cannoli cream is one of them.
